1. We Provide Non-Medical Transportation

 

We are a non-medical, non-emergency transportation service.

This means:

 

• We cannot give medical treatment

• We cannot monitor medical conditions

• We cannot help with medical equipment

• We are not an ambulance or emergency service

 

If you ever need medical assistance during a ride, we will call 911 right away.

 

 

 

2. Light Assistance Only

 

We offer friendly door-to-door help, but riders must be able to:

 

• get in and out of the vehicle with light support

• walk safely with minimal assistance

• travel without medical supervision

 

If you need hands-on physical help or full support, we ask that a caregiver accompany you.

 

 

 

3. Your Safety Comes First

 

For everyone’s safety:

 

• Seatbelts must be worn

• No smoking or unsafe behavior is allowed

• Drivers may decline a ride if the situation is unsafe

 

Our goal is always to keep our riders comfortable and protected.

We will help you with bags when needed, but we are not responsible for items that are:

We will stop the vehicle safely and call for medical help if needed.
