Refund Policy – Seriva Ride Services

We know that plans can change, and we want to make things easy and fair for all our riders. Here is our simple refund and cancellation policy:

 

 

✔ Canceling a Ride

 

 We kindly ask that cancellations be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled   pickup time whenever possible.

 

 For same-day bookings, please cancel at least 2 hours before pickup.

 

 If a ride is canceled after these time frames, or if the rider is not available at pickup time,   the ride may be non-refundable.

 

 We understand that emergencies can happen.

 If something unexpected comes up, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do   our best to help.

 

✔ If We Cancel

 

If Seriva Ride Services needs to cancel a ride for any reason (weather, vehicle issue, emergency), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no cost.

 

 

✔ Add-On Services

 

Services like Extra Stops, Escort Help, or Additional Wait Time are non-refundable once used.

 

 

✔ Mistaken Bookings

 

If you booked a ride by accident, please call us within 1 hour and we will fix or refund it right away.

 

 

✔ How Refunds Are Returned

 

Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 3–7 business days
