Welcome to Seriva Ride Services. By scheduling a ride, using our website, or communicating with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Non-Medical Transportation
Seriva Ride Services provides non-medical, non-emergency transportation.
Our drivers do not offer:

medical care
-
medical monitoring
-
emergency medical services
-
lift or transfer assistance requiring medical training
Riders must be able to enter and exit the vehicle with minimal assistance.
2. Scheduling & Availability
Rides are available by appointment and may be accepted based on:

distance
-
pick-up location
-
availability
-
safety conditions
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any ride request for safety or policy reasons.
3. Wait & Return Service
For riders who select wait-and-return service:

The first 15 minutes of wait time is free
-
Additional wait time may be charged at our posted rate
-
The driver will remain nearby and return after the appointment
It is the rider’s responsibility to notify the driver if the appointment ends earlier or later than expected.
4. Pricing & Payments
Rates are based on:

mileage
-
time
-
wait duration
-
type of service
Payment is due at the time of service unless arranged otherwise.
Accepted payment methods include:

Cash App
-
Zelle
-
Debit/Credit Card (if enabled)

Cash (optional)
No refunds are provided after a completed ride.
5. Cancellation Policy
To avoid a cancellation fee, please cancel at least 2 hours before the scheduled pick-up.
A fee may apply if:

the driver is already en route, or
-
the rider cancels last minute
No-show riders may be charged the full fare.
6. Safety & Behavior
For safety reasons:

Seatbelts must be worn at all times

No smoking, vaping, or use of illegal substances is allowed

Aggressive, threatening, or unsafe behavior may result in service refusal
Drivers are responsible for assessing safety during all rides.
7. Rider Responsibilities
Riders agree to:

be ready at the scheduled pick-up time
-
provide accurate pick-up and drop-off information
-
disclose mobility needs ahead of time
-
treat drivers with respect
Riders requiring significant physical assistance must be accompanied by a caregiver.
8. Personal Items
Seriva Ride Services is not responsible for:

lost or forgotten items
-
damage to personal belongings
-
items left in the vehicle after the ride
We will make reasonable efforts to return found items when possible.
9. Delays & Unexpected Circumstances
Traffic, weather, emergencies, or unexpected situations may cause delays.
We are not liable for missed appointments, late arrivals, or delays beyond our control.
10. Limitation of Liability
By using our service, you agree that Seriva Ride Services:

is not liable for medical issues that occur during the ride

is not responsible for injuries unrelated to driver negligence

does not guarantee arrival times
-
is not liable for events outside our control
You assume responsibility for your own safety and medical needs.
11. Service Modifications
We may modify pricing, policies, or available services at any time.
